After working together for 12 years in a local rehabilitation hospital, Bryony and Carla founded Facilitate OT in 2014, with the goal of building a community based OT practice offering excellent services to clients of all ages, in a flexible, supportive and fun workplace for staff.

Over the past 10 years, we’ve built a powerhouse team of community OT leaders in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven, and a stellar Admin and AHA team to help optimise customer service and maximise efficiency – our clients benefit from our proven systems.

We offer a wide range of expert services to clients of all ages across multiple funding schemes.

We value career long learning and our team have the opportunity to share knowledge and learn from each other in a supportive environment.
