Main Areas of Practice
NDIS & DVA; Aged Care; Adult Rehabilitation; Low Vision; Environmental Modifications; Equipment Prescription; Falls Prevention; ADL Retraining; Joint Protection; Back Pain Program.
I’ve been an OT since graduating from Cumberland College of Health Sciences in 1987, and have worked in lots of areas of OT since then.
I was the first employee Bryony and Carla hired at Facilitate OT, and I have worked at FOT for over 10 years! I really enjoy working here – we have a great team that supports each other.
What I love about OT is that I get to help clients reach their full potential – however that looks for each person. It’s such a privilege to work with clients to change their lives for the better.
My passion is working with older adults, in particular, adults with Low Vision and Blindness, Spinal Cord Injuries, Neurological disorders, Chronic Pain conditions, Falls, and Orthopaedic/Joint conditions.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy Pilates, swimming, walking, gardening, sewing and reading.
